1. Appointments & Bookings

• All bookings can be made online, over the phone, or in person at the salon.

• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and stylist.

• Certain services may require a consultation before booking.

2. Deposits

• Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

• Deposits are taken only with your authorisation and will be deducted from the final cost of your service.

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than the required notice (see Section 3).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

• No-shows (failing to attend your appointment without notice) may be charged 50–100% of the service cost and will need to pre-pay for future bookings.

4. Payments

• We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash payments.

• Payment details are collected only with your authorisation and are handled securely.

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

5. Service Satisfaction

• We want you to love your hair and beauty services. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can address any concerns.

• Adjustments are complimentary if we agree the result differs from the agreed consultation.

• Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

6. Health & Safety

• Please inform your stylist or therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service.

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, children are welcome only if they have a booking or are supervised at all times.

7. Late Arrivals

• If you are late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule it, while still charging the original service cost.

8. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
